The province of Tarlac ranks the highest in the country with Philippine Red Cross’s Blood Samaritan Program as highlighted from the recent 10th Annual Awarding Ceremony held in Tarlac City Plazuela last September 15, 2026.
Organized by the Provincial Government of Tarlac together with Philippine Red Cross, this year’s theme “Gawad Serbisyong MaYap: Dugong Buhay Awards”, honored 532 benefactors from both the private sector and local government units in the province who contributed and supported various blood services program of PRC.
Also announced during the ceremony is the Php 53 million in total contribution from Tarlac’s blood donation partners from the past six years, another highpoint for the province.
